After playing a schoolboy and Vineeth Sreenivasan's buddy in Srikant Murali's upcoming movie Aby,
Aju Varghese is all set to essay the role of a bank employee in
Midhun Manuel Thomas' 'Alamara'.
On his role, the film's scriptwriter John Manthrickal says, 'Aju plays Suvin who is also a cousin and confidante of the film's hero Arun, played by
Sunny Wayne. They both work in Bangalore. Suvin is innocent yet quirky. He is a bachelor who is desperate to get married.'
Suvin accompanies Arun during a series of pennu kaanal functions in the film, John says, adding that Aju has some interesting comedy scenes to play.
Alamara is a satire based on the customs related to marriages in Kerala. Aditi Ravi will be seen as Sunny's romantic interest while Renji Panicker plays his dad. Apart from them, Saiju Kurup, Sudhi Koppa and Manikandan are also part of the movie.
