Ala Vaikunthapuramaloo producer bags Ayyappanum Koshiyum Telugu remake rights

The remake rights of Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon-starrer Ayyappanum Koshiyum are selling like hot cakes. After its Tamil remake rights were sold earlier in the week, we now hear that the Telugu rights were also brought recently.
Ala Vaikunthapuramaloo and Jersey producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi bagged the Telugu rights of the Sachy directorial, which revolves around the ego clash of an influential ex-havildar Koshy Kurian and a police officer named Ayyappan Nair.
Recently, the Tamil remake rights of the movie was bagged by Kathiresan, who had earlier produced hits such as Aadukalam and Jigarthanda. The cast and crew of the Tamil movie is expected to be announced soon.
