Archana Kavi has recreated her look from her debut movie, ‘Neelathamara’. Directed by
Lal Jose, ‘Neelathamara’ was released in 2009. The film featured Archana Kavi and Kailash in lead roles and was a remake of the 1979 film of the same name.
As the film is about to clock 14 in November this year, Archana Kavi decided to get herself a Kunjimalu makeover! She played Kunjimalu in ‘Neelathamara," and her performance received critical acclaim.
In the video shared on Instagram, Archana Kavi is seen decked out in a black self-designed dhoti and blouse, enacting the chartbuster number "Anuraga Vilochananayi" from the film. And we must confess that not much has changed about her in the last 14 years, especially her physical appearance. "It's been 14 years," Archana Kavi captioned the video.
She also shared that she was nervous when the photographer approached her with the idea of recreating her look. "I was extremely nervous to do this when @jaisonmadany approached me with this idea. I sat with these visuals for almost two weeks. It's been a long time. I don't look like her anymore, and she was loved and celebrated by everyone. I didn't want to disturb that. But maybe in an alternative universe, Kunjimalu will look like this, and growing up will look like this," Archana Kavi further added.

On the work front, Archana Kavi recently appeared in a Malayalam soap, ‘Raja Rani’, but she later announced quitting the show.
