Prithviraj Sukumaran’s upcoming film ‘
Jana Gana Mana’ is out now and it has indeed succeeded in exceeding the expectations levels for the film among the audience. Keeping aside the terrific performance of Prithviraj, what caught the viewer's eyes was the tremendously shot explosion sequence at the ending. Recently the director
Dijo Jose Antony revealed that the blast sequence shown in the trailer was shot in real and was not VFX.

It was during the promotional event of the movie ‘Jana Gana Mana’ that the ‘Queen’ director made this major revelation. Dijo Jose Antony said that the blast sequence was captured in real as a single-shot sequence. The director also shared his gratitude for
Prithviraj Sukumaran for taking up such a challenging act and elevating it to utmost perfection.
Dijo Jose Antony said, “ The blast happened just behind Prithviraj and Although me and the entire crew were shocked and a bit nervous during the filming, Rajuettan (Prithviraj) just acted all cool and elevated the sequence to its perfection. ‘Jana Gana Mana’ is an amalgamation of day and night hard work of the entire crew of the film and I share my gratitude to each and everyone in the team.”
During the promotion function, Prithviraj Sukumaran said that ‘Jana Gana Mana’ will be having a sequel, and the majority of the scenes shown in both the teaser and trailer are from the sequel of the film.
‘Jana Gana Mana’ is all set to release on April 28 and the film features a list of the talented cast that includes Prithviraj Sukumaran, Suraj Venjaramoodu,
Mamta Mohandas, Sri Divya, Shari, and Shammi Thilakan.
