First look poster of Antony Varghese’s actioner ‘Daveed’ is out! - See Inside

Antony Varghese, who has created a niche for himself with his power-packed performances in films such as ‘Angamaly Diaries’ and ‘Jallikkattu’ is set to star in an upcoming film titled ‘Daveed’. The makers of the film have unveiled the first look poster on Antony Varghese’s birthday, October 11. Antony Varghese will essay the role of a wrestler named Aashiq Abu.

The first look poster features Antony Varghese in the intense avatar of a wrestler, standing in a boxing ring. The makers dropped the first look poster and said, “Daveed: The Story of a fighter. Dive into Aashiq Abu's world where every fight is a masterpiece and one who fights is an artist. Here is our first punch. Happy Birthday to our Hero.” The poster looks promising, and the makers will be dropping more updates soon.

Varghese starrer ‘Daveed’ is directed by Govind Vishnu. The director has co-written the script with Deepu Rajeevan. ‘Daveed’ is touted to be actioner. The upcoming film also has actors Lijomol Jose, Vijayaraghavan, Saiju Kurup, Kichu Tellis, Jess Kukku, and Muhammad Karakki, among others in important roles.

On the technical front, Salu K Thomas has roped in as the director of photography. Rakesh Cherumadam is the editor. The music for the songs will be composed by Justin Varghese. The sound design is handled by Renganaath Ravee. Merlin Lizabeth and Pradeep Kadakasery designs the costume for the film. The action choreography is handled by PC Stunts.
