Hariharan to remake Sarapancharam?

It’s a time for remakes in Mollywood. After Neelathamara, Rathinirvedham and Chattakari, we hear that Sarapacharam, the classic film of the late 70s, is now all set for a comeback. Interestingly, Hariharan, who directed the original, will direct the remake too.
Buzz is that the remake will undergo certain changes to make it more appealing to the new gen audience.However, the makers are yet to reveal the cast and other details of the film.
Sarapacharam, scripted by Malayatoor Ramakrishnan and starring Jayan and Sheela, was a huge hit and the highest grossing movie of the era.
