‘Hridayam’ Teaser: Pranav Mohanlal and Kalyani Priyadarshan to play a married couple in the film?

Makers of ‘Hridayam’ has launched the first teaser on Wednesday (Nov 17) evening. The teaser featured the lead characters Pranav Mohanlal, Darshana Rajendran, and Kalyani Priyadarshan. ‘Hridayam’ teaser opens with Kalyani Priyadarshan asking Pranav Mohanlal if he had any serious romantic relationships in the past and it takes him back to his vibrant college days in Chennai.
The teaser suggests that Pranav Mohanlal and Kalyani Priyadarshan are playing the role of a married couple in the film, and Darshana Rajendran is his girlfriend from college.
The teaser guarantees a promising campus drama ahead. Pranav Mohanlal, Darshana Rajendran, and Kalyani Priyadarshan, who are playing the lead characters are giving away an impressive performance and cinephiles are eagerly waiting for the film to unravel on the big screens.
Mohanlal unveiled the teaser through his social media handle and said, “Really happy to share the official teaser of my son’s upcoming film #Hridayam… Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did!”

Kalyani Priyadarshan, who hadn’t earlier appeared in both the song or the glimpse launched by the team, was excited to be sharing the teaser. “I’m really excited to share the official teaser of our upcoming film ‘Hridayam’. Hope you like it! 🙂,” she shared.

Directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, ‘Hridayam’ is expected to be a romantic campus drama. Similar to Vineeth Sreenivasan’s ‘Thattathin Marayathu’, the upcoming movie too is a musical and has a total of 15 tracks. The makers have decided to launch audio cassettes and limited edition vinyl records to give the audience a wholesome experience.

Vineeth Sreenivasan had earlier confirmed a theatrical release for ‘Hridayam’ and the release is slate on January 21, 2022.
