I felt empowered when i wore khaki

For the first time in her career, Nyla Usha plays a cop in Deepu Karunakaran’s upcoming film Fireman.
Her character Sherin Thomas works with fireman Vijay, played by Mammootty, in a particular rescue operation in the film. Nyla said in a recent chat with a newspaper that upon wearing the police uniform, she felt empowered. It’s the third time that she acts with Mammootty, after Kunjananthante Kada and Gangster.
