Janani Iyer is M-Town bound

The latest to add to the list of actresses testing the waters in Mollywood is K���wood star Janani Iyer of Avan Ivan fame. The model-turned-actress is upbeat about her M-Town debut. ���I love Malayalam movies for their strong storyline. Even when I made my onscreen debut in Tamil, I was hoping that someday I will get a chance to act in a Malayalam movie,��� says Janani.
In Three Dots, she will play the love interest of Kunchacko Boban. The story revolves around three criminals played by Biju Menon, Kunchacko and Pratap Pothan. The actress, who was busy with her modelling assignments, was spotted by director Bala, who cast her in Avan Ivan. ���That was a great start for me in tinseltown,��� says Janani, adding that, ���I am happy that I am getting a perfect launchpad in M-Town as well.���
However, she is a bit apprehensive when it comes to rendering dialogues in Malayalam. ���I am not fluent in the language. But since I know Tamil, I don���t think learning Malayalam would be all that difficult,��� she says.
Though Janani plans to do more projects here, she prefers to wait for the right scripts. ���I want to do strong roles in Mollywood; I want people to remember my character even after they leave the theatre,��� says Janani, adding, ���I want to experiment with characters, and I am also planning to watch more Malayalam movies.���
