Jenuse Mohamed clears the air!
Jenuse Mohamed’s debut film 100 Days of Love was in the news for all wrong reasons recently. The shoot of the urban love story is yet to be completed and rumours are rife that the shoot has gone beyond the planned schedule with the budget crossing 10 crores already.
Jenuse took to his social networking site to clear the air and said, “This is to clear the air on a few rumours that have been circulating within the media for the past few days.

Unfortunately rumours are unavoidable in this industry and generally not worth a response. But the malicious nature of the two current ones cannot be over looked. Hence the post.
The schedule break for the movie was pre-arranged so that Dulquer and Nithya can finish Mani Ratnam sir's movie O K Kanmani. The news that the budget has crossed the 10 cr mark with a further 15 cr to complete and the producer had to stop the shoot is honestly amusing. Rest assured, if we had that sort of budget we would have shot this movie in New York City instead of Bangalore. The budget is strictly within the refines of a decent Malayalam film.”(sic)
Some reports also said that the story of the film bears a great similarity to the recently released Vineeth Sreenivasan-starrer Ormayundo Ee Mukham. “This one is not all that amusing. Much love to all the fine people behind that fine film, but 100DOL is entirely original and has no resemblance to any film's narrative that we know of. We resume the final schedule on January 5 and the movie will come to you in March,” added Jenuse.
Actor Dulquer Salmaan was also miffed by the false news spreading on social networking sites. He too posted on his page, “Some websites are only diluting their own credibility by writing false stories. 100 Days of Love was always planned in two schedules! The next schedule is in January and it has no budget issues nor similarities to any recent release !”(sic)
