Jofin T Chacko: Directing Mammukka was the greatest experience of my life

Debutant filmmaker Jofin T Chacko is considering himself extremely fortunate. Not only has he got a chance to direct Mammootty or Manju Warrier, he is the first director ever to shoot the superstar duo together onscreen in his film titled The Priest.
Recently, he talked to us about his experience of directing Mammootty, who plays a priest in the thriller. “It’s one of the greatest experiences in my life; to direct an actor that I have admired,” he says.“The movie is a thriller made on a reasonable budget. Before the lockdown, we finished shooting Mammukka’s portions and now we have Manju ma’am portions left that will be shot in Kochi and Kuttikanam.”
The movie also has Nikhila Vimal, Venkitesh, Baby Monica, Ramesh Pisharody, Madhupal and Jagadeesh.
