During the ongoing shoot of the Shaji Kailas–starrer 'Varavu' in Marayoor, actor Joju George met with a minor accident. While driving a jeep on set, the vehicle slipped and overturned.
Actor Deepak Parambol, who was also in the jeep, thankfully escaped with minor injuries alongside Joju. Both actors were immediately rushed to Tata Hospital in Munnar for precautionary check-ups. Reportedly, the team confirmed that their injuries were minor, allowing the shoot to resume soon after the incident.

High expectations for 'Varavu'
'Varavu' is directed by veteran filmmaker Shaji Kailas and marks his first collaboration with Joju George.

Meanwhile, Joju George was last seen in the Mani Ratnam and Kamal Haasan's film 'Thug Life'. Joju also played a pivotal role in the Suriya starrer action drama film 'Retro' which was directed by Karthik Subbaraj. 'Retro' received mixed reviews from the audiences.
