Kaadu Pookkunna Neram among Indian nominees for Oscars
Dr Biju's 'Kaadu Pookunna Neram' has been selected among the films from India to be considered for selection for the Oscars. It will be the only Malayalam film among the 31 films from India. 'Kaadu Pookkunna Neram' has just two main characters - played by Rima Kallingal and Indrajith - among which Rima plays a Naxalite.
The film will also be screened at the Montreal International Film Festival at Canada.
Dr Biju's 'Aakashathinte Niram' was earlier chosen among the Oscar category.
