KGF fame Garuda Ram roped in to play lead in Malayalam film ‘Sthambam 2’

Actor Ramachandra Raju, a.k.a ‘Garuda Ram’, is reportedly in talks about playing a lead role in the upcoming Malayalam movie ‘Sthambam 2’. The film will be directed by Satheesh Paul under the script penned by Paul Brothers. The cinematography of ‘Sthambham 2’ will be handled by K.C Diwakar and the editing will be done by Sreekar Prasad. The film is categorized as an action thriller and the action choreography will be done by Hari Murukan.The shooting of the upcoming film is said to start by the third week of December 2021 in Pala, Kottayam. Kerala, It will be the first time Ramachandra Raju will be helming a major role in a Malayalam film. Tamil- Kannada actor Sandeep Sherawath will be playing another pivotal role in the film. The rest of the cast list includes Miss India runner-up Alia, Baby Anna Elizabeth, etc.

Actor Ramachandra Raju was hugely appreciated for playing the gritty villain named ‘Garuda’ in the Kannada action crime drama film ‘KGF’ starring actor Yash in the lead and was directed by Prasanth Neel. Ramachandra Raju also played major roles in films such as ‘Sultan’ ‘Kodiyil Oruvan’, ‘Maha Samudram’ etc.

Ramachandra Raju also helms a supreme role in the upcoming Malayalam movie ‘Aaraattu’ starring actor Mohanlal in the lead and directed by B. Unnikrishnan under the script written by Udaykrishnan. With all these upcoming much-anticipated movies in the pipeline, actor Ramachandra Raju is all set to expand his acting career by playing major roles in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu industries.
