Lakshmi Gopalaswamy recalls her brother meeting Queen Elizabeth II in 2012

Queen Elizabeth II was laid to rest alongside her husband Prince Philip, at the King George VI Memorial Chapel at Windsor Castle, on Monday (Sep 19). Britain’s longest-serving monarch, Queen Elizabeth II died on September 8, aged 96.
Popular actress Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, in one of her recent social media posts, reminisced about her brother Arjun meeting the Queen in Buckingham palace in 2012.
Sharing the priceless pictures taken during her brother meeting the Queen, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy penned, “Reminiscing, a decade ago when my brother, along with his prof were invited to the Queen’s high tea awarding their dept (Dept of zoology, Oxford university) the annual Queen’s Anniversary prize for higher education .see the invite from Buckingham palace, and how interestingly worded.
