Lakshmi Gopalaswamy shares her experience working with Manoj K Jayan in ‘Salute’

Lakshmi Gopalaswamy is currently shooting for ‘Salute’, an upcoming Malayalam film starring Dulquer Salmaan. The actress spilled the beans about her experience reuniting with her co-star Manoj K Jayan and revealed the little things that helped them connect.
Lakshmi shared a couple of pictures she clicked with Manoj and wrote, “Was wonderful and great fun working with my dear colleague, the super talented Manoj K Jayan! Sharing screen space after years but we have always connected with a great sense of humour and music!”

‘Salute’ is an exciting project for the actress in many ways as she began her career sharing the screen with Mammootty in ‘Arayannangalude Veedu’ and will now be sharing the screen with his son Dulquer Salmaan. “Such a delight to work withDulquer and in his film production. Humble, warm, and such a natural at his craft. 20 years began my career acting with his dad!” Gopalaswamy shared in one of her Instagram posts.

‘Salute’ is being directed by Rosshan Andrrews. Dulquer Salmaan is playing the lead and also producing the film under his home banner Wayfarer films. Popular screenwriter duo Bobby-Sanjay are scripting the film. Bollywood beauty Diana Penty is also part of the cast and the diva is making her Mollywood debut with the film.
