Mammootty, Dileep to team up?

While Mollywood���s young scribes are lauded for their efforts, veteran scriptwriters Sibi K Thomas and Udayakrishna are still very much in demand, especially after having topped the box office earnings this year with their Dileep-starrer 'Mayamohini'.
Malayalam cinema���s most favoured scriptwriter duo, who���ve penned all-out entertainers with superstars, now informs us that they are working on another commercial potboiler with megastar Mammootty and another leading star.Udayakrishna says that they have begun scripting for the film that will be directed by Thomson K Thomas of Karyasthan fame.
���It will be an entertainer and we���ve confirmed Mammootty for the film. It���s a dual hero flick; so the combination actor would be either Dileep or Jayaram, depending on whose dates are available,��� says the scribe, who had last penned the superhit Pokkiri Raja for Mammootty. Ask him about new-generation films and he says, ���I don���t believe in categorising films as new-generation or commercial movies. People watch films to be entertained and our job is to script a movie that would give the audience their money���s worth.���
While Udayakrishna says that their next film will be Thomson���s, he also adds that they will be working on the script of another project with Mayamohini director Jose Thomas, and the much-anticipated sequel of Runway. ���All three projects would go on floors next year,��� he says. However, the duo dismisses the rumour of them doing a sequel of Dileep���s CID Moosa. Udayakrishna says, ���I don���t know if such a project is in the offing. but we are not doing it.���
