Manju Warrier lodges complaint against V A Shrikumar Menon, alleges death threats from the filmmaker

Mollywood's Lady Superstar Manju Warrier has lodged a complaint against filmmaker V A Shrikumar Menon, alleging that she is receiving death threats from him. Manju has filed a complaint with the Kerala DGP Loknath Behara stating the same and also alleged that Shrikumar Menon attempted to defame her during the release of 'Odiyan', through social media campaigns.
2018 release 'Odiyan' was directed by V A Shrikumar Menon wherein Manju played the female lead.The movie didn't meet the hype that the filmmaker was expecting and didn't work well at the box office either. Sources suggest that Manju’s complaint also stated that VA Shrikumar Menon was misusing the letter pads of her charity foundation 'Manju Warrier Foundation' along with her signature.
Manju Warrier returned to showbiz after a long break of 14 years, with V A Shrikumar Menon’s directorial advertisement. Taking to his social media handle, V A Shrikumar Menon expressed that he was shocked to know about the complaint and added that he will dutifully face the necessary investigations as he is a law-abiding citizen.
