Meera Jasmine will be next seen in ‘Makal’ a film directed by Sathyan Anthikad, wherein she will be seen essaying the lead character along with Jayaram. The duo will be playing an interfaith married couple and actor Devika Sanjay has roped in to essay the role of their daughter. The makers have launched a teaser and trailer from the film lately and it has set the right amount of buzz for the release. One of the most anticipated upcoming movies in Malayalam ‘Makal’ is touted to be a family entertainer.

Meanwhile, ‘Makal’ is slated to release on April 29.
