‘Neru’ box office collections day 11: Mohanlal’s film mints Rs 32.6 crores

Mohanlal's compelling courtroom drama 'Neru' continues its triumphant run, seizing the spotlight at the Kerala box office and marking its dominance with an impressive collection of over Rs 32.6 crores within just 11 days of its release.

'Neru' has now surpassed the box office collections of the major releases 'Salaar' and 'Dunki' in Kerala.

According to reports from the Sacnilk website, 'Neru' has clinched a remarkable Rs 32.6 crores at the Kerala box office, setting a good pace in its journey.The film's steadfast performance in the first 10 days saw it mint Rs 29.50 crores net in India, with an additional Rs 3.10 crores net on its eleventh day alone.
The box office journey of 'Neru' has been a saga of consistent triumphs, with its day-wise collections painting a vivid picture of its astounding reception.
From a good opening of Rs 2.8 crores on the first Thursday to culminating its first week with a commendable Rs 23.8 crores, the film has sustained its momentum, raking in Rs 2.75 crores on the second Friday and Rs 2.95 crores on the subsequent Saturday.
The overseas appeal of 'Neru' has mirrored its domestic success, collecting a massive Rs 26.60 crores in 11 days, highlighting its acceptance beyond national borders. The film maintained a substantial 52.64% Malayalam occupancy on December 31, 2023.
Directed by Jeethu Joseph, 'Neru' weaves an intricate tale of courtroom drama, co-written by Joseph himself alongside Santhi Mayadevi who has also played a pivotal role in the film.
