) a struggling engineering graduate, finds it difficult to make ends meet when his mother, the sole bread-winner of the house, falls sick. His friend with mob connections talks him into a hawala transaction for some quick cash. Soon Shanu finds himself in the dark and murky world of the mob where double-crossing is the rule of the day. The film has quite an unremarkable cast, except for Shaheen Siddique, Pradeep Rawat, Salim Kumar, and the likes. The actors have very little to emote because the film focuses on the dynamics of the underworld and gangster angle of the story, making it more about the way mobs function and less about the emotional quotient. There is some comedy peppered on the way, but even that is quite mundane. However, the technical team handles the theme pretty well. The music department fits the pace of a chase movie. Even the cinematography gives us some very good visuals keeping with the frames and colour tone in sync with the gangster theme.
