No, this ain’t a love triangle; but model turned-actress Parvathy Nair, who was last seen in the industry in a chic avatar in 'Nee Ko Nja Cha', will next be seen in director Saji Surendran’s 'Angry Birds' alongside Anoop Menon and Bhavana.
Talking about her role in the film, Parvathy tells us, “I play a youngster who gets ‘inspired’ to elope to Mumbai, seeing that the characters played by Anoop and Bhavana, who took the same route, are leading a blissful life in the city.

I’ve been paired opposite Midhun (of 'Run Babby Run' fame) in the film.”
Parvathy, who is now shooting for her Malayalam-Tamil bilingual, Pravasi (PC in Tamil), has also been signed on for yet another Malayalam film, Arjun Mohan’s 13(B) Hindu Marriage Act. “While I’ll wait for the makers to make the official announcement about the hero, I can tell you that I play the female lead in the film, a software professional who battles with the raw realities of an urban life. Even as the film has an urban setting, it maintains the strengths of the old good-mannered storytelling techniques and captures love in its many shades — lost love, new-found love, marriage and the is-it-really love confusion among youth,” she says.
While buzz is that she has been signed on to play a prominent role in a sequel to a yesteryear comic caper, Parvathy says, “Talks are on but I wouldn’t want to comment on it unless I sign the dotted line.”
