'Praana' trailer will make you forget all about star films

P. C. Sreeram is all set to change the notions of movies made to date with the upcoming film 'Praana'. The makers released an impressive trailer of the film that begins with the quote, ''The battle for freedom will continue until the moment human race exists.''
Nithya Menen's voice-over leads the intriguing trailer on, with its plot revolving around a single character. This new form of storytelling is surely a step above the usual star flicks.The trailer gives us a hint about the plot of the movie with glimpses of a haunted house, attacks and a death which only increases the anticipation for the film.

Directed by V. K. Prakash, 'Praana' comes with uniqueness as the movie has only one character in it. This is touted to be the first time that the Indian film industry is witnessing such a film. The multilingual film will be released in four languages - Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada.
The film is a one-actor movie, where the lead is played by actress Nithya Menen. It boasts of a talented crew, including Cinematographer PC Sreeram and Oscar winner Resul Pookutty. The movie is the first one to use Synch Sound Surround format in the whole country. Sound design is carried out by Pookutty and Louis Banks will handle the music department.
