According to reports from the Sacnilk website, 'Premalu' has consistently been a crowd-puller, with its cumulative earnings reaching an impressive Rs 55.16 crores within the span of 36 days. The film's initial 35 days witnessed a remarkable performance, with an estimated Rs 54.27 crores collected in India alone, attesting to its widespread popularity among moviegoers.

Reflecting on the film's recent performance, 'Premalu' maintained a steady presence in theaters across various regions. In the Malayalam sector, the occupancy rates stood at an overall 21.53% on Friday, March 15, 2024. The film's 36th-day screenings showcased promising figures, with morning shows drawing a 9.67% occupancy, followed by afternoon shows at 17.61%, evening shows at 21.90%, and night shows dominating with 36.94% occupancy.
Similarly, in the Telugu circuit, 'Premalu' maintained a strong foothold with an overall 23.02% occupancy on the same day. The film's Telugu screenings on the 8th day exhibited encouraging numbers, with morning shows recording a 16.49% occupancy, afternoon shows at 23.96%, evening shows at 20.09%, and night shows closing the day with a notable 31.55% occupancy.
