Priyadarshan’s film starring Shane Nigam starts rolling

After the triumphant success of ‘Marakkar: Arabikkadalinte Simham’, veteran filmmaker Priyadarshan is all set to helm his next titled 'Corona Papers'. He will be directing young actor Shane Nigam for an upcoming film. The official confirmation came a couple of months ago, and the makers have now kickstarted the film with a switch-on puja ceremony held in Kochi, Kerala.

Scripted and helmed by Priyadarshan, 'Corona Papers' is also produced by the ace filmmaker.Shane Nigam is headlining the film, and ‘Nna Thaan Case Kodu’ actress Gayathrie Shankar has roped in to play the leading lady.
On the technical front, Divakar S has roped in as the director of photography, and MS Aiyyappan Nair is the editor. Manu Jagadh, who has previously associated with films 'Baahubali: The Beginning', 'Bhoothakaalam', and 'Minnal Murali' has roped in as the art director. Rajasekhar is in charge of the stunts. Award winning costume designer Sameera Saneesh too has roped in for the project. Ratheesh Vijayan is the makeup man.

Actors Sidhique, Shine Tom Chacko, Sandhya Shetty, PP Kunhikrishnan, Maniyanpilla Raju, Sreedhanya, Vijilesh, Menaka Suresh, Biju Pappan, and Sreekanth Murali, will be seen essaying some pivotal roles in the film. If the reports are to be believed, the film is touted to be a comedy entertainer.
