After their success of Ennu Ninte Moideen, director RS Vimal is hoping to rope in Prithviraj again for his next film. The director tells us he is planning a historical project and would like Prithviraj, who played Moideen, to do the lead role. “I have bounced off the script idea to him and hopefully we could find some time to sit down and discuss,” says Vimal.
The director though says that the historical project won’t be his next film.
He is now working to push ahead the production of the Tamil remake of
Ennu Ninte Moideen, which will have B Jeyamohan penning the dialogues. “The cast of the Tamil version is yet to be finalised,” he says.
Prithviraj meanwhile also has signed up for
Hariharan's mythological film
Syamanthakam.
