Saiju Kurup’s ‘Bharatanatyam’ gets a release date

‘Bharatanatyam’ starring Saiju Kurup is gearing up for release. The makers have locked the release date. The film is set to hit the big screens on August 23. Saiju Kurup, who is also backing the project, confirmed that the film is set to release. In a note shared on social media, he wrote, “August 23rd onwards in theatres all over India. #bharathanatyam.”

Saiju Kurup is quite excited about his film. While launching the film’s first look earlier, Saiju Kurup stated that it is a dream come true moment for him. “Dear Friends and Family, It’s with immense joy that I share the First Look Poster of my maiden production venture BHARATHANATYAM in collaboration with Thomas Thiruvalla Films. This long standing desire has come to fruition due to the incredible amount of love and encouragement I’ve received from all of you over the past 19 years in my journey in the film industry. Looking forward to your continued love and inspiration as we get ready to entertain you again with ‘Bharathanatyam’,” he wrote in a note on Instagram earlier.

‘Bharathanatyam’ is written and directed by Krishnadas Murali

On the technical front, the film’s cinematography is done by Bablu Aju. Samuel Aby is the music director, and Shadeeque V B is the editor.


Meanwhile, Saiju Kurup will also make his digital debut with the web series 'Jai Mahendran,' a political drama, very soon.
