Samuthirakani's 'Akasha Mittayi' shoot starts

Filmmaker - actor Samuthirakani's debut directorial in Malayalam, 'Akasha Mittayi,' has gone on floors.
The movie, starring Jayaram and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, is reportedly the Malayalam remake of his own Tamil movie, 'Appa.' The film also has actors like Irshad and '1983' fame child artiste Nandhana in major roles.
The film is a family drama and Varalaxmi will be seen as Jayaram wife in the film.
