Samyuktha Menon's snowy adventure

She seems to among the young breed of actors with an adventurous streak. Samyuktha Menon, who shares not just images from her travels but the lessons she takes from them, went on the most apt journey for Shivaratri. The Kalki actress trekked in heavy snow to Tunganath, the world’s highest Shiva temple, in an “unplanned journey”.
“It started snowing heavily on February 21 morning,” Samyuktha posted on social media.“As I was heading up I could see people going down the trail without completing the trek and warning me mausam kharaab hai’ (the weather is bad). Giving up is not my thing and so strong was my tapasya -- very very strong enough -- to fulfill my wish . The first sight of the destination gave me tears. It wasn’t an adventure. But a pure desire. To travel, to seek, to evolve."
