Thanks to the lockdown, everyone is depending on resources on hand and DIY methods for grooming and fitness. Srindaa shared some tips on social media, after fans asked her how she manages to keep her skin glowing and hair glossy.
The Paapam Cheyyathavar Kalleriyatte- actor pointed out that “eating clean has helped her… (with) lower spice levels, more greens and vegetables, no processed food, sugar or junk”, adding that after seeing how positively the body responds you will want to stick to this.

“I start my day with a green juice which has spinach, mala, celery and cucumber… I use (on my skin) whatever is available in the kitchen. It’s natural and nothing beats natural,” she wrote.
