The day women refuse to act in such films, misogyny will end: Santosh Pandit
Amidst the barrage of abuse that actress Parvathy has been recieving for pointing out the misogyny in Mammootty starrer Kasaba, actor and director Santhosh Pandit has made surprisingly practical observations.
''In the case of the majority of films being released, the scriptwriter, director and producer would all be men. A woman will be portrayed in a a way the men would want. Assuming that most of the audience are men, the film would have glamour scenes, sex scenes and double meaning words.
