Tovino Thomas starrer ‘Naradan’ postponed, owing to the raging third wave

Tovino Thomas has a bunch of exciting projects lined up for release and one of the most anticipated among them is ‘Naradan’. Helmed by Aashiq Abu, the film features Tovino Thomas and Anna Ben in the lead roles. The film was cleared for release with a U/A certificate lately, however, the makers had decided to postpone the release of the film, due to the raging third wave of the pandemic.The makers were planning to release the film in the cinemas from January 27, 2022.
Actor Tovino Thomas took to his social media handle and confirmed the same. The post reads, "We regret to announce that 'Naradan' movie release has been postponed due to the surge of Covid 19 infections and complications caused by the Omicron."
Directed by Aashiq Abu ‘Naradhan’ will feature Tovino Thomas in the role of Chandra Prakashan, a broadcast journalist.

“I am excited for this one for multiple reasons. One ofcourse being the kickass team that I got to work with. Also because I am very hopeful about this movie hitting the right chords when it comes to the content of it. As an actor, as an artist and as someone who believes in strong stories, I can't wait for all of you to watch it! #NaradhanKeralathil,” Tovino Thomas had said in an earlier social media post.
Unni R has crafted the story, screenplay, and dialogues. Jaffer Zadique is the director of photography, and Saiju Sreedharan is the editor. DJ Sekhar is composing the music for the film.
