Tovino Thomas starts shooting for Kalki

It’s been a hectic few months for Tovino Thomas, who has already shot for three movies this year – Virus, Uyare and Luka. And now, the actor is all set to start shooting for Praveen Prabharam’s Kalki.
The film, which is touted to be an action entertainer, will have Tovino play the role of a cop. The pooja of the film, which is scripted by Praveen and Sujin Sujathan, was held recently.
On the movie, Tovino had earlier told us that he won’t lay any claims that it’s a full-length ‘mass’ role that he is playing, but he would do whatever it takes to make sure that action scenes appear legitimate and his character stands justified.
