Trailer of Manju Warrier’s ‘Footage’ to drop soon; Anurag Kashyap to present the film

Bollywood filmmaker and actor Anurag Kashyap is set to present the upcoming Malayalam film ‘Footage’ starring Manju Warrier. Edited and directed by Saiju Sreedharan, ‘Footage’ is touted to be the first found-footage film produced in Malayalam. The makers have now confirmed that the trailer of the film will be launched on Friday, July 12, at 4 pm.
Anurag Kashyap, who is presenting the film, expressed his excitement of being part of the film.In a video shared on Facebook, Anurag said, “Hi, this is Anurag Kashyap and I'm so extremely proud to present ‘Footage’. It's a new Malayalam film and like in the last one year we have constantly been seeing such amazing work coming from Malayalam cinema. They're reinventing genres, they're trying new things. And ‘Footage’ is one of the prime examples of something so new that they have tried, and it really worked. I'm so honored to be associated with this film. We're going to release the trailer soon.”

Starring Manju Warrier, ‘Footage’ also has Vishak Nair, Gayathri Ashok, and Seethal Thampi in the lead roles.
