Vijay Babu to play a creative writer

Actor Vijay Babu has been bagging some cool, new-age characters in the recent times.
In his next titled Udal, he will be seen as a creative writer. Directed by National Award winning Pradeep Nair, the film has Vijay and Urmila Mahanta in the lead roles.
Pradeep says, “Vijay plays Suresh Chandrasekhar, a debonair creative writer in the movie, which is a romantic emotional drama.The lead actress Urmila Mahanta is from Assam and has played notable roles in movies across languages including Hindi, Bengali and Tamil. She is cast as a sweeper in a colony and is in a relationship with the character of Sanal Aman, who acted in the critically-acclaimed movie Unto the Dusk.” The crew plans to start the shoot by mid-November, and has Elappara and Kuttikkanam in Idukki, and Kochi as the major locations. Meanwhile, Vijay Babu is currently shooting for Mudhugavu, in which he plays a character inspired by Rambo.
