What's the big deal about Radhika’s video?

Radhika Apte played the leading lady in Vinod Sukumaran’s Haram and as the industry continues to discuss a leaked nude clip of hers from a Bollywood film, the director voices his support for the actress.
Vinod wrote on his page recently, “I have been hearing many gossip stories about Radhika Apte’s leaked video clip! I wonder, what is wrong in doing a naked sequence in a movie, if the actors agree to do for the character and situation? She is a well-trained actor/contemporary dancer, who has a good amount of experience acting in many national and International film projects! I am sure Radhika is not someone who will do such sequence for publicity or page 3 head lines! Yes, she has acted in a sensible scene in Anurag Kashyaps short film meant for the International screenings (Such scenes are not allowed in India due to censorship).The professional attitude towards the work, the sincerity in her acting and the homework she has done for her role in my film Haram were very well appreciated. I personally salute her for her brave decision!”
