'Kozhi Punk' music video teaser is out

The teaser of the upcoming music video ‘Kozhi Punk’ was out today.
The teaser features actors Sreenath Bhasi and DJ Sekhar Menon on a trek or walk through a green, jungle-like region, singing.
The song is composed by actor Sekhar Menon himself. The song is sung by Sreenath Bhasi. The song’s lyrics is by K Satchidanandan and the video is edited by Joel Kavi.
The video is directed by Abhilash S Kumar and is created by director – scriptwriter Muhsin Parari.The D O P of the project is Jayesh Mohan. Associate Cinematographer of ‘Kozhi Punk’ is Jaffer Zadique. Saju K Salam is the associate director of the project. Reethu Zachariah and Madan AVK are credited with its production design. Rahul Varghese and Vinayak Pradeep have done the additional cinematography of the project.
It is not the first time that Sreenath Bhasi and Sekhar Menon have worked together. The duo were the leads in the Malayalam film ‘Da Thadiya’ directed by Aashiq Abu, which was released in the year 2012. It was the acting debut project of Sekhar Menon, who went on to act in a couple of other movies too, post the film, like ‘Kadal Kadannoru Mathukkutty,’ ‘Camel Safari,’ ‘Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal,’ ‘Bicycle Thieves,’ ‘Gangster,’ ‘Beware of Dogs,’ ‘100 Days of Love,’ ‘Kanthari’ and most recently, ‘Prathi Poovankozhi.’
Meanwhile, Sreenath has the films ‘Chenkodi,’ ‘Sumesh and Ramesh,’ ‘Idi Mazha Kaatu,’ director Arun Kumar Aravind’s untitled film, Amal Neerad’s upcoming movie and Abhilashkumar’s movie. Earlier this year, he had also sung the song ‘Mathayichan’ in the film ‘Trance,’ in which he had also played the character of Fahadh’s brother.
