Double Seat and Jai Hind's common connection

While Manoj Bajpai and Raveena Tandon's reunion after 14 years resulted in the short film 'Jai Hind', their two-wheeler journey in the short is kind of like Mukta Barve and Ankush Chaudhary's ride in the Marathi film 'Double Seat'.
'Jai Hind' shows an Indian couple riding a bike and meeting with an accident. It ends with a voiceover that informs us how things would be, had the country not been free from British rule.'Double Seat' has a different premise but the lead couple in this film too travels around in Mumbai on a two-wheeler (hence the name).
