Exclusive! 'The first thing I will do after lockdown is jogging,' says Pooja Sawant

Marathi cinema's popular face Pooja Sawant recently completed her 10 years in the entertainment industry. It was exactly 10 years ago, her debut in Marathi cinema with ' Kshanbhar Vishranti' was released. The popular Marathi film is enjoyed by fans to date.
The 'Dagdi Chawl' actress today self quarantined owing to the Coronavirus Pandemic. In an exclusive interview with ETimes, Pooja exclusively revealed how she has been spending time reading books, and with her loved ones.
Pooja Sawant said "On a positive note, after a year I got time for my parents and myself. Eariler, I used to get involved in the shooting but never got a chance to do anything else like what I am doing now. Now, I spend time with my siblings, my pets and lot of other things are happening"
While revealing her post lockdown plans. She said " I love to jog and I used to walk everyday before lockdown. So, yes, I miss my jogging very much and first thing I will do after lockdown is jogging"
When asked how this pamdemic has effected her work, she said "Yes my upcoming sports drama 'Vijeta' was scheduled to release in March but due to the outbreak of virus, the makers have pushed the release date of the film"
The final part of her Marathi film 'Dagdi Chawl 2' was postponed indefinitely owing to the coronavirus pandemic. Speaking about the same, she revealed that "Due to amid Coronavirus outbreak, the makers decided to postpone the shoot. I feel that life is more important than business. We have completed the first part of the film and final part of shoot was will be completed once these crises are under control "
Meanwhile, on the work front, Pooja's last release 'Bonus' directed by Saurabh Bhave did well on the box office. She played a major role in the film opposite Gashmeer Mahajani. The film was released on 28th February 2020.
