Ravi Jadhav's heartfelt message for the cast and crew of 'Natarang' on the 10th anniversary of the film

The Marathi actor-director Ravi Jadhav has written and directed several award-winning films. The 'Balak-Palak' director is seen regularly sharing posts on social media to keep his fans updated. Today, Ravi Jadhav celebrates a decade of his first directorial film 'Natarang' a film that made headlines and set a benchmark in so many ways. The multi-Academy award and National Award-winning film also brought Ravi Jadhav massive critical acclaim for his multi-starrer film.The actor has thanked all his fans as well as the amazing cast and crew of the film on the occasion. Taking to his Instagram handle, Ravi Jadhav shared the clip from the film while shooting for his first directorial film, 'Natarang'. With the video, the filmmaker has also shared his heartfelt message for the cast and crew, which reads as "च भावना आजही आहे. मायबाप प्रेक्षकांनी हा चित्रपट अक्षरशः डोक्यावर घेतला. जगभरातील अनेक मनाच्या फिल्म फेस्टिवल मध्ये नटरंगचे कौतुक झाले. नटरंगची सर्वच गाणी प्रचंड गाजली व या सर्वावर कळस म्हणजे त्यावर्षीचा सर्वोत्कृष्ट मराठी चित्रपटाचा राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार नटरंगला प्राप्त झाला. झी टॉकीज, अजय-अतुल, महेश लिमये, अतुल कुलकर्णी, निखिल साने, किशोर कदम, गुरु ठाकूर, मेघना जाधव, सोनाली कुलकर्णी, अमृता खानविलकर, फुलवा खामकर, संतोष फुटाणे, जयंत जठार, संतोष गायकर यांनी आपले सर्वोत्तम योगदान या चित्रपटासाठी दिले व त्यामुळेच हि अजरामर कलाकृती जन्माला आली. नटरंगचे जनक डॉ आनंद यादव सर यांची आज खूप आठवण येते. गुणा कागलकर हा आपला मानसपुत्र त्यांनी अत्यंत विश्वासाने माझ्याकडे सोपवला व आम्ही सर्वानी त्यांचा विश्वास सार्थ करण्याचा आमच्या परीने संपूर्ण प्रयत्न केला. आज १ जानेवारी २०२०. आज दहा वर्ष झाली. हा सिनेमा रसिकांच्या मनात अजूनही घर करून आहे व पुढेही अनेक दशके राहील अशी मला आशा आहे. धन्यवाद रवी जाधव"The ad-man-turned-film director Ravi Jadhav made his directional debut with the film 'Natarang', which released in 1st January 2010.
