EXCLUSIVE! Sai Tamhankar: My love story is complicated and will remain so for a few more years

Of late, besides her films, Sai Tamhankar has been in the news when she was linked up with actor Ghanshyam Lalsa, when she posted a picture of her on social media which featured Ghanshyam. And recently, In an exclusive interview, 'Girlfriend' actress, was quizzed about her relationship status and whether or not she is dating, she laughed and said " My love story is complicated and will remain so for few more years"
The glam diva of the Marathi industry, Sai is currently on a promotional spree for her upcoming film, Rom-Com, 'Girlfriend'.While speaking to Etimes, Sai opens up on her character and said "I have done several films, but after a long time I am portraying a character of my age. I am playing a light-hearted character of 'Alisa' who is very talkative and she is a very nice girl"
Bollywood's eminent screenplay and story writer, Upendra Sidhaye is all set to make his debut as a director in Marathi cinema with his upcoming 'Girlfriend'. Upendra is popularly known for his national award film, 'Mumbai Meri Jaan'(2008) and recently released blockbuster film 'Drisham'. While backing her director, Upendra Sidhaye, she said " I am very happy for Upendra for making his debut with this film, which is going to be a big hit in Marathi cinema. And it's always nice to be part of someone's first film and it is always special."
'Girlfriend' is produced under the banner of Huge Production and Pratishad Production and also produced by Anish jog, and Ranjit Gugle. The film is slated to release 26 July 2019.
