‘Son of Manjeet Singh’: Kapil Sharma to sing in his debut Punjabi production?

Earlier also television stars entered Pollywood, but mostly as actors. However, the small screen fame Kapil Sharma is marking his debut in Punjabi cinema as a producer with the movie ‘Son of Manjeet Singh’. The poster of the same was recently released, and now reports are doing the rounds that besides producing, Kapil Sharma will also be singing in the movie.
Kapil Sharma’s inclination towards singing is a very known fact.He has given vocals to two tracks, ‘Bum Bum’ and ‘Hum To Yaaro Latak Gaye’ in his movie own Bollywood movie ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’. As a matter of fact, he has also done playback in the Punjabi movie ‘Angrej’. Titled ‘Akhiyan De Taare’, the song was sung by Kapil Sharma and Happy Raikoti. So if reports are to be believed, ‘Son of Manjeet Singh’ will be the second Punjabi movie to have Kapil Sharma’s vocals.
Slated to release on October 12, ‘Son of Manjeet Singh’ stares Gurpreet Ghuggi in the lead. Along with him B.N. Sharma, Karamjit Anmol and Japji Khaira will be seen in important roles. Kapil Sharma has produced this movie with Sumit Singh and it has been helmed by Vikram Grover.
