Family over cricket for Suriya

Just like his daughter’s (Diya) first birthday was celebrated as a close family affair, the first birthday of Dev — Suriya and Jyotika’s son — was celebrated recently in a posh resort on the outskirts of the city.
The Singam star, we hear, missed the CCL inaugural match that his co-stars were playing in Bangalore, to spend time with his family.
Apart from their family members, a few celebs from the industry were also invited to the do.
Kollywood’s superhit jodi — Suriya and Jo — was a picture of delight as they pampered their son and the guests present on the occasion. Talking to CT earlier, the doting dad had said that he always tries his best to spend quality time with his kids.
