When 19 year old Dhruv Patel from Mehsana takes the big screen by storm in the upcoming Gujarati flick Teenager Gang, he will make faculty members of the City Pulse Institute of Film and Television (CPIFT) immensely proud. Dhruv, a second year student at the acting institute located on the Sabarmati-Gandhinagar Highway, is all praise for his alma mater, “Thanks to CPIFT, which is located close to my hometown, I got the opportunity to hone my acting skills under some of the best faculty members that one can hope for.

Malgudi Days fame, producing the film and the talented Hitu Patel as director, this big-budget Gujarati film surely promises to be a winner! Dhruv, who plays the lead, will be seen essaying an interesting role and his character has a touch of grey shades to add up to the masala.
