Megha Nair: Pleased to the core!

Megha Nair, whose role in Siruthai made audiences sit up and take note of her, is one delighted person today. Her next film, Poova Thalaiya, which has been directed by Sanjay Ram, has just hit screens.
Says the actress, “The movie emphasises the fact that violence must be shunned at all costs. It revolves around two individuals — One, a loving family man, who changes in to a rowdy element because of certain conditions.The second, a rowdy sheeter, who despite turning over a new leaf finds it hard to get rid of the bad name that the society associates him with.”
Commenting on her role in the film, she says, “The movie has three pairs. I play the pair of actor Udhaya. He plays a rowdy sheeter in the film and I play a call-girl. The romance between us has no vulgarity in it.”
The actress, who has at least two other Tamil films in her kitty, says that she is now in talks with another Telugu unit.
