Prithviraj turns producer

Defying those who thought that marriage would slow down Prithviraj, the actor has been busy filming for his forthcoming projects.
Prithviraj is currently shooting in Kozhikode for Ranjith’s Indian Rupee, which will see him play the role of a young real estate agent who tries to make some quick money, but ends up in a financial crisis. This is the third time the actor-director duo is teaming up after the hits Nandanam and Thirakatha.Interestingly, Prithviraj is also producing the movie with Santhosh Sivan and Shaji Natesan.
He is also working on Johny Antony’s Masters that will star Sasikumar (Subramaniapuram), Pia Bajpai (Ko) and Ananya. The action movie will see Prithviraj and Sasi don the roles of a police officer and a journalist respectively who try to help each other through adversities.
Prithviraj will next be seen on screen in the romantic comedy Teja Bhai and Family, due to release on August 26, in which he plays an underworld don who falls in love with a social worker, played by Akhila (Karyasthan).
