Bollywood’s love for Irrfan & his latest movie Angrezi Medium is ‘Extra Large’!

There are very few actors from Bollywood who have managed to break the international barrier with their talent. And among those who did, it is Irrfan who shines the brightest! Although the affable star is away for health reasons, the film has already left audiences longing for his return. Restarting his innings in Bollywood, his latest film, Angrezi Medium, is a heartfelt ode to freedom and fatherhood.
It’s not just the fans who can’t wait to see Irrfan on the big screen; many B-Town celebs can’t keep calm either. Messages to Irrfan from all corners started pouring in. Expressing his fondness for Irrfan, Varun Dhawan says, “Irrfan sir you are a delightful performer and a big influence on so many actors. Your work is tremendous in every film. The Angrezi Medium trailers look very nice so I’m really looking forward to it. Here’s to a crackling film.”
Katrina Kaif shares her own anecdote, “I still remember we had one scene together in ‘New York’. I would look into your eyes and get mesmerized, messing up takes of the scene and laughing. But my memories are extremely special of those days. I love you and hope to see you soon.”

A self-confessed fan of the thespian, Kartik Aaryan gushes, “Irrfan sir a living institute of acting, and my inspiration as an artist. We have really missed him for a long time on the big screen. Arjun Kapoor also opens up on his love for Irrfan, “Irrfan sir, I have had the massive pleasure of being a small part of your work life by sharing screen space with you in Gunday. The world awaits your return and Angrezi Medium, we believe, will be the first of many more magical stories that you shall bring to life”, he says.
