14 cuts and an 'A' certificate for Sayali Bhagat's film

Ace stunt choreographer-turned-director Tinu Verma's Tamil film Kattu Puli, starring Arjun, Biaencaa and Sayali Bhagat, has been awarded an 'A' certificate.
Tinu says, 'Initially, the censor board officials thought the film was a dubbed one. But I convinced them that I'm releasing it in Tamil, Hindi and other south Indian languages after shooting the scenes simultaneously.The film also deals with cannibalism and they had problems with a few scenes that involves blood, which I've blurred. They have also asked me to remove a liplock scene.'
He adds, 'Since I want the film to be enjoyed by all sections of the audience, I went ahead with their suggestions. Moreover, the 'A' certificate is only for the theme of the movie.'
