36 yrs after Nayakan, Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam reunite

After 36 years, two of Tamil cinema’s legends, Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, who delivered the classic Nayakan, are coming together for a film. The project, referred to as #KH234, will have AR Rahman composing the music.
The technical crew includes cinematographer Ravi K Chandran who will be working on a Mani Ratnam film after 2004’s Aayitha Ezhuthu, National Award winners Sreekar Prasad (editing), Anbariv (action choreography) and Sharmishta Roy (production design).We hear Mani Ratnam and Rahman have decided to release the teaser of the film on November 6, the eve of Kamal Haasan’s birthday. The trio of Mani Ratnam, Kamal Haasan and Rahman exclusively shares its excitement of this collaborating with us.
