Aadukalam to hit screens in December

Here���������s the latest on Vetri Maaran���������s Aadukalam. The movie, that stars Dhanush and Taapsee in the lead, is gearing up for a December release.
���������The film will definitely hit the screens this December. I���������m in talks with the producers to finalise a date,��������� says Vetri.
Meanwhile, he also says that he���������s inserted a bibliography and a filmography card in the title credits of the film to acknowledge the books and films that he���������s taken help from to understand the nativity of Madurai.
Another interesting aspect about the film is that it will have two versions. ���������There will be two versions of Aadukalam. One will be called The Festival Cut. It will not have any songs and run for about 100 minutes. I will be releasing it on DVD later,��������� he reveals.
Vetri also has a request to the audience. ���������I suggest the audience don���������t expect Aadukalam to be similar to Polladhavan. The two belong to totally different genres. I would say forget Polladhavan before you begin watching Aadukalam,��������� he insists.
